- Abortion destroys peace. Don't allow the legalization of abortion in Spain.

- Abortion... is a murder because it is the mother who kills her own child. And the mother also kills her conscience and destroys love. So abortion, by destroying love, becomes a threat to peace.

- Since the unwanted child is the most unprotected of all, we welcome him. And this is our work re: abortion, we adopt the children. 

 - A law should never destroy human life, the life of an innocent.

- No nation should permit abortion because then the world is impoverished, the child is feared, and this is a great cruelty.

- (About allowing exceptions for abortion) It is not a question of exceptions. Abortion in itself is evil because it goes against the commandment of God "You shalt not kill". And abortion kills the unborn child, it kills the human conscience, it kills family unity... It produces much suffering. I want to ask Spanish families to pray a lot, that they pray together, because a spirit of prayer is necessary.

- (What to do about a woman who has aborted?) Help her to ask God for forgiveness, to fix her broken conscience. We cannot remedy a mistake with a greater one. I ask you not to allow the introduction of abortion in Spain. God loves us and we should love him, and feel loved. I will pray for all.
